signals · ads-to-cash command center

Your ad platform says you’re profitable. Your bank account disagrees.

Signals follows the click all the way to the cash. Spend, leads, and money actually collected, for every client you run, in one console. Including the days that were zero.

01The problem

You didn’t start this to reconcile spreadsheets. But every dollar you make walks through one.

Platform ROAS is a lie.

You find out a campaign stopped converting when the invoice lands. Signals pulls spend, leads, and revenue into one window on a schedule, including the days that were zero, so a gap looks like a gap instead of like missing data.

You are running a company on software you rent and don’t own.

Zapier holding it together, a sheet pretending to be a CRM, three payment processors nobody reconciles. Signals puts one database underneath all of it, so the record is the truth rather than the fourth copy of it.

Your best repeat customer shows up as a brand-new lead.

Scattered data means no single identity, which means no lifetime value. Signals resolves the same person across sources so the second visit is attached to the first.

You walk into calls with no history and improvise.

Every lead carries its own thread: the ad it came from, the messages, the payments, the tasks. One screen before you dial.

02Who it is for

Three people open this console every morning.

Running an agency

Every account, one login

Agency owners, multi-brand operators, fractional CMOs. Switch client without switching tool, and send a report you didn’t rebuild by hand.

Spending your own budget

Your money, your answer

Founders, e-commerce operators, studio and clinic owners. Know what the ad actually returned after refunds and no-shows.

Reporting to someone else

Numbers that survive the meeting

Media buyers and account managers. Every figure traces to the source that produced it, so month-end stops being a negotiation.

03The platform

One platform, five surfaces.

Each one is a real screen in the console. Nothing below is a mockup of something we intend to build.

1.0 Connect

Point it at the accounts you already run

Read-only OAuth into the ad platforms, analytics, and payment processors. No tags to install, no code on your site, nothing to migrate.

Dial from the lead record. The recording, the transcript and the outcome file themselves against the deal they belong to, so the next call starts warm.

05Connectors

One number is worth nothing unless you can see what it is made of.

Meta AdsGoogle AdsGoogle Analytics 4InstagramStripeSquareMomenceGmailHHighLevelNNotionGGoogle Business ProfileMeta ad reviewin reviewInstagram publishingin review

Solid is connected today. Dashed is built and waiting on the platform’s own approval, which is a queue we do not control. TikTok is not on this list because it is not built, and a logo grid that implies otherwise is the first thing that makes the rest of a page unbelievable.

06What it can and cannot do

You are about to hand a stranger access to your ad accounts. Here is exactly what it can do.

We never write to your ad accounts

Every ad and analytics connector requests read-only scopes. Signals cannot change a budget, pause a campaign, or edit a creative, because it never asks for the permission that would let it.

One client cannot see another

Isolation is enforced in the database with row-level security, not in application code. A query that forgets the filter returns nothing rather than someone else’s rows.

Disconnect revokes access

Disconnecting a source deletes the stored token and revokes it upstream. There is no quiet grace period where the connection still works.

We show zeros instead of hiding them

A day with no delivery renders as a zero, not as a missing point. We deleted our own sample-data generator on purpose. A reporting tool that flatters you is worse than no reporting tool.

Four sentences, no badge grid. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO certification and will not imply otherwise.

07Onboarding

Connected Monday, checked by Wednesday, live Friday.

Most reporting rollouts take a quarter because someone has to rebuild every view by hand. There is nothing to rebuild here.

08Proof

The numbers on this page are ours. These are theirs.

Cohort 01 is still onboarding, so this is the one section of the page with nothing real in it yet. We would rather show you an empty frame than a quote we wrote ourselves.

The traffic that brought you to this page is being reported in Signals right now.

Brillion Studio runs its own paid traffic through this console, which is why the product exists at all. The session that landed you here shows up in the same pipeline, dashboard and reconciliation view a client account uses, including the days it was zero.

09Fit

This is not for everyone, and cohort 01 especially isn’t.

Twelve accounts, onboarded by hand. Telling you it is a bad fit costs us one signup; finding out in month two costs us both a great deal more.

A good fit if

  • You run paid traffic for more than one business or client.
  • Money lands in Stripe, Square, or Momence, so cash can actually be matched to spend.
  • You already build a monthly report by hand and resented it last month.
  • You are willing to check our numbers against your own in week one.

Not yet, if

  • TikTok is the majority of your spend. It is not built, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • You need a certified SOC 2 or ISO vendor today. We hold neither.
  • You want the reporting handed over finished, with no week-one check against your own figures.
  • You are looking for a tool to manage campaigns. Every connector here is read-only by design.

10Questions

The questions that decide it.

Do you need access to change my campaigns?

No. Every ad connector asks for read-only scopes. There is no code path in Signals that writes to an ad account, because the permission that would allow it is never requested.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it and we delete it. Design partners keep everything they put in. There is no clause that makes leaving expensive.

Is this replacing my CRM?

For most design partners, yes, and that is usually the point: the sheet or the CRM was never reconciled against what actually got paid. If you have a CRM you are keeping, say so early and we will scope around it.

Why is it free right now?

Cohort 01 is twelve accounts and we onboard each one by hand, because we are still learning what breaks. You are paying in attention and feedback instead of money.

What if my numbers disagree with yours?

Then one of us has a bug and we want to know on day three rather than in month two. Checking our figures against your processor is a scheduled step in onboarding, not an afterthought.

Do you support TikTok?

No. It is not built, and this page is not going to imply it is. If TikTok is the majority of your spend, we are not the right tool yet.

Find out what the ads actually returned.

Cohort 01 is twelve accounts, onboarded by hand, free while it runs. If it is not a fit we will tell you on the call rather than after the invoice.
