What’s new.

Everything that has shipped in Signals, newest first.

September 2026

  1. Improved

Keep the pipeline to deals that still need work

Archive old stages and hide won or lost deals to clear the board without changing your numbers. Documents on a deal now open in a pop-up, so you never leave the pipeline.

  2. Improved

Bulk delete calls and answer huddles in place

Select calls and delete them in bulk, answer an incoming huddle from its card without losing your place, and live calls and huddles now sit in the sidebar instead of covering the page.

  3. New

Siris can work with your documents, tasks and reminders

Siris can read documents and files already in Signals, draft a proposal or contract and save it to Files, update a task's status, date or owner, and set reminders. Each change waits for your approval.

  4. Fixed

Fixes for attachments, document alerts and canvas edits

Attachments sent by text, WhatsApp, iMessage or email no longer include a stray file code, saving a document stops re-notifying everyone mentioned, and canvas edits survive leaving the page.

  5. Improved

Work a lead from one large view

A lead's large view now shows one conversation at a time beside a list of every thread, plus a Siris tab that knows the lead's messages, documents, payments and meetings.

  6. New

    A Recurring view for retainers

A new Recurring view lists every retainer with its monthly price, next charge, late payments and total collected, and retainer cards on the board show the same at a glance.

  7. New

Siris checks your data before it answers

Siris now looks through your leads, tasks, inbox, calls and the web before answering, shows what it checked, and remembers preferences and decisions you can review on its Memory page.

  8. New

    Talk to Siris out loud

The mic on the Siris page starts a live call that can look things up and create a task when you say yes. Dictation is one switch away and tidies your words when you stop.

  9. Improved

Drag to reschedule and send real meeting invites

Drag meetings, tasks and posts on the calendar to reschedule them, and edit them where they sit. Booking a meeting from a lead now sends a real calendar invite with a video link.

  10. New

A footage library and live Instagram stats

Browse footage with search, filters and folders you drag clips into, and track live Instagram followers, reach and views per post on the new Analytics page. Ads is now called Campaigns.

August 2026

  1. Fixed

Reports count every lead and flag gaps

Reports now include every lead instead of stopping at the first thousand, say when ad or analytics data for a range came back incomplete, and hide booking rates for accounts that never book.

  2. Improved

Customers now live in the Pipeline

The Customers list is now a view inside the Pipeline, with search across name, email and phone.

  3. Improved

Project cards show the live site

Each project card shows a real screenshot and icon of its site, any client website can join the projects grid, and projects can be grouped into folders as you create them.

  4. Improved

New paying customers appear in the pipeline

Someone who pays for the first time is now added to the CRM and pipeline as a customer automatically, not just recorded in the payments ledger.

  5. New

    Connect Facebook Pages from Integrations

Pick which Facebook Page feeds each account's messages, pull in its comments with the Sync button, and disconnect a Page when it needs to move to another account.

  6. New

Write scripts and edit videos in Signals

Draft a script and compare versions side by side, then trim, reorder and delete clips on a timeline, add captions and a voiceover, and render the finished video.

  7. New

Request access from the sign-in page

Visitors without an account can now ask for access from the sign-in page, which adds them to the waitlist for the team to review.

  8. New

An Activity feed for everything that changed

A new Activity tab shows changes across leads, tasks, channels, DMs and @mentions, grouped by record, with a switch to see only what is assigned to you.

  9. New

    Keyboard shortcuts for moving around

Press Command with the up and down arrows to move between pages, left and right to switch tabs, and the bracket keys to go back and forward.

  10. Improved

Preview leads, chats and email from the Inbox

Previewing an item in the Inbox now shows the full lead, conversation or email, so you can reply without leaving. Reading an item clears its unread dot, and lead rows say what changed.

July 2026

  1. Improved

Huddle invites ring and join in one click

An incoming huddle now rings like a call and stays up for a minute, and answering it drops you straight into the huddle instead of just opening the channel.

  2. New

Stripe payments sync and settle invoices

Stripe payments now sync on their own and appear in your feed under the right project. Link a payment to its invoice and the invoice is marked paid once it is covered.

  3. Fixed

Email stays in step with Gmail

Replies to threads you archived now come back to the inbox, a delete that fails in Gmail tells you, and a mailbox that needs reconnecting shows a banner instead of going quiet.

  4. Improved

One date picker across the app

Every date field now uses the same calendar picker and range control, and Google all-day events no longer lose a day after the clocks change.

  5. Fixed

Channel messages keep their author's name

Messages from someone who no longer has access to an account still show their name instead of "Someone", and opening a channel now lands on the newest message.

  6. Improved

Long menus scroll, and Documents is now Files

Menus too tall for the screen now scroll, so every option can be reached. Documents is now called Files across the navigation, calendar and inbox.

  7. Fixed

Task and Inbox columns line up again

Task columns sit under their headers again with a new Due column, the Inbox keeps its header when the preview is open, and panels no longer jump as a page loads.

  8. New

    Clients can sign contracts online

Send a client a private signing link: they read the agreement, type their name and sign, and you are notified. Documents can now be marked draft, sent, viewed or void.
